This 1971 movie stars James Taylor (yes that James Taylor) And Dennis Wilson (yes that Dennis Wilson) they start the movie driving around looking for any kind of racing they can find. From street racing to drag racing on the track in a bad ass 55 Chevy. They eventually pick up a hot hitch hiker ( the late laurie Bird)
In their travels, they run into Warren Oates who is driving a 1970 GTO Judge and well he thinks he can beat them in a race across the country in a just plain weird gas station meeting. This whole movie is weird but I love it you can even see a funny scene between Warren Oates and Harry Dean Stanton.
I love this movie not only for the cars or the actors who are pretty much new, I mean its 1971 and James Taylor’s only movie role personally I think he did great along with Dennis Wilson. Not only that Dennis made this movie right after he was friends with the notorious Charles Manson. Yes That Friggin Charles Manson !!!
Yes this is a weird kinda out of hand movie but again I just can’t get enough of it. I hope if you decide to watch it you will enjoy it too.

Ever since I could remember getting Tony’s Hot Dogs on Park ave in Newark NJ in his 65 Impala SS. Now I have my big Impala to drive around in and I love every min of it.
